To mix the working solution, a 25 kg bag requires 4 to 5 liters of water. Mixing is carried out using a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixing time should be at least 5 minutes. The resulting solution should be kept for 3 minutes and mixed again for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Water should not be added to the already prepared mixture. The pot life of the finished mixture is 30 minutes. Before applying Teknorep 200, thoroughly moisten the surface and get to work. Apply the material with a thickness of 3 to 30 mm. The material consumption per square meter for every 1 mm of thickness is 1.9 kg/m².
