The return and exchange of goods is regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", according to which the buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return of goods from the buyer

The buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality (or exchange them for another) if the following conditions are met:

           • the product does not belong to the category of products that are not subject to exchange or return;

           • the product has not been used, is fully complete and the integrity of the packaging has not been broken;

           • factory seals, labels and markings are preserved;

           • less than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the goods;

           • a settlement document or expense invoice is available.

If these conditions are not met, the seller has the right to refuse the return.

Refund

Funds are refunded within 3 banking days from the moment the goods arrive at our warehouse.

Important! The refund of the amount paid by the Buyer for the Goods is made in the same way as the payment for the Goods was made.

Carrier services or money transfer fees are at the expense of the Buyer.
