Teknorep 300 EX class R4 repair mixture is used for repair, restoration and reinforcement of concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
Structural repair material, dry repair mixture Teknorep 300 EX is a one-component, thixotropic, non-shrinking, fiber-reinforced repair mortar that meets the requirements of class R4 of the EN 1504 standard.
Teknorep 300 EX is used for repairing damaged concrete in buildings, bridges, engineering and construction structures taking into account static and dynamic loads. We choose this material for restoring surfaces with damage from 10 to 40 mm, i.e. we can apply Teknorep 300 EX with a maximum thickness of 4 cm per layer.
Preparation of the working solution: for a 25 kg bag of dry mix we need 4 liters of water. First we pour in the water, then we add the dry component. We knead the material for 3 minutes, let the mixture stand and mix well again for 2 minutes until smooth.
