We are testing two types of bitumen-polymer waterproofing Teknomer 405 W and Teknomer 400 W.
These materials have high protection and elasticity indicators, which makes them an ideal choice for professional and domestic waterproofing.
Main characteristics:
Teknomer 405 W: elastic mastic with a coefficient of elongation of 100%.
Suitable for protecting foundations, roofs, retaining walls and tanks.
Environmentally safe, solvent-free, can be applied indoors.
Allows you to bridge cracks up to 1 mm.
Teknomer 400 W: highly elastic waterproofing mastic with a coefficient of elongation of 200%.
Provides additional flexibility and is able to bridge cracks up to 2 mm, which is suitable for structures with higher loads.
Does not contain harmful substances and can be used on damp surfaces (not wet).
Both materials are available in convenient 18 kg buckets, which makes them easy to use both on construction sites and at home.
Recommendations for use:
Before applying waterproofing, the surface must be primed with Teknomer 400 Astar bitumen primer to improve adhesion.
Teknomer 405 W and 400 W can be applied to concrete, brick, metal and wooden surfaces, creating a dense seamless layer of water protection.
