Teknorep 300 is a one-component, thixotropic, shrinkage-compensating repair mortar reinforced with polymer fibers.
Scope:
For filling holes left by rebar and tie rods in reinforced concrete structures

Instructions for use
The surface must be prepared for application and free of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold, grease, and waste. Surfaces should be primed beforehand. For 25 kg of powder, mix 3.5-4.5 liters of clean water. Gradually add Teknorep 300 to a clean container of water. Mix with a low-speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Mixing time should be at least 5 minutes. The resulting solution should be allowed to set for 3 minutes and then mixed again for 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Do not add water to the prepared mixture.
Instructions for use
After application, protect the surface from direct sunlight, strong winds, high temperatures (above 35°C), rain, and frost.
The reaction time of cement-based products depends on the ambient temperature. The reaction time decreases with increasing temperature and increases with decreasing temperature. When applying the product, wear work clothing that complies with occupational health and safety regulations, a protective mask, and goggles.
After use, tools must be cleaned immediately with water. After the solution has hardened, they can only be cleaned mechanically.
Apply the prepared solution to the surface with a spatula. If a layer thickness greater than 40 mm is required, apply several coats.
When using TEKNOREP 300 in strong winds and harsh environmental conditions, it is recommended to apply TEKNOKÜR 100 as a protective material to prevent surface cracking.
