Liquid protective film Teknomer Protect 15 kg

Teknomer Protect is a water-based liquid film for protecting vertical and horizontal surfaces during construction or renovation. Once dry, the liquid film forms a durable polymer film that can be transparent, white, or colored.

Applications:

• Construction: architectural projects, finishing, renovation
• Automotive, furniture, defense, and marine industries
• Used to protect materials such as granite, marble, limestone, natural and composite stone, mosaic tiles, ceramics, wood parquet, or laminate flooring
• Can be applied to glass, window frames, aluminum, PVC, and other non-porous materials

• Adheres better to the surface than adhesive film.

Instructions for use:

• Apply with a standard water-based paint roller or a wide brush with fine bristles. When using an airless sprayer, apply the material at 200 bar pressure using a 517 or 519 nozzle. The dry film thickness after application should be at least 200 microns. If a stronger film is required, a second coat can be applied after 30-45 minutes.
• When applying, ensure the surface is uniform. For this purpose, it is recommended to apply the material in both horizontal and vertical strokes.
• At an air temperature of 25°C, the material dries within 2-3 hours, but since the film is water-based, drying time may increase at lower temperatures.

Notes:

After completing the repair work, you can remove the Teknomer Protect film from the surface by lifting it at a corner, or, if desired, you can remove the material from the surface with a water gun, provided the surface can come into contact with water.
