- For repairing cracks in existing concrete floors
Features and Benefits
- Creates a continuous, seamless coating
- Short service life
- Resistant to loads and light vehicles
- Does not crack, non-flammable
- Can be ground with diamond abrasive discs to achieve a shiny, reflective effect
- Can be applied over existing coatings
- Can be tinted
Instructions for Use
Before applying the material, clean the surface of any oil, rust, detergents, dirt, and other substances that prevent adhesion. Remove any existing paint layers. Old synthetic-based surfaces should be thoroughly sanded and dust-free.
If there are cracks or voids on the surface, they should be filled with Teknorep repair mixtures. Mixing
To prepare the working solution, pour 5.5–6.0 liters of water into a clean container and add the dry powder. Add coloring agent if necessary. Using a mixer at low speed, mix the mixture for 3 minutes until a homogeneous, lump-free mass is achieved. The amount of water required for mixing may vary depending on the ambient temperature. Let the mixture sit for 2–3 minutes, then mix again for 3 minutes.
Application
Pour the prepared working solution onto the prepared surface and smooth it with a metal spatula, without using a needle roller. The working time of the working solution is 20 minutes.
Do not apply the material in layers thicker than 1 cm. If necessary, apply the material in multiple layers. Allow at least 4 hours between coats.
Sand the surface, if necessary, 24 hours after applying Granito Floor.
Instrument Cleaning
All instruments and equipment used should be washed with water immediately after use. Once the material has been approved, instrument cleaning will only be possible mechanically.
