Aluminum Bridge Profiles
Arfen aluminum bridge expansion profiles are manufactured from high-quality aluminum and a sealed rubber V-shaped insert. These expansion profiles feature longitudinal grooves on the surface to drain surface water. Their special design ensures low noise levels when vehicles pass. The aluminum profile is made from specially extruded aluminum and can withstand heavy loads. The profiles have a yield strength of 275 MPa and a tensile strength of 300 MPa. The sealed rubber is resistant to fats, oils, chemicals, and UV rays, as well as salt and chemicals. Furthermore, two types of rubber inserts allow the production of two different sizes of expansion capacity from a single profile. This system is manufactured at the Arfen factory under the supervision of qualified engineers and adheres to the highest quality standards. Arfen aluminum bridge expansion profiles from the A-BE series guarantee a long-term solution to corrosion problems. Galvanized anchor bolts and chemical anchors suitable for static and dynamic structural loads are used for installation. M20 bolts are used for fastening. Repairing and replacing expansion joints is very simple thanks to the bolted installation.
