Teknogrout 350 is a bulk, non-shrinking concrete repair mixture with rapid strength gain based on special cement and fine-grained aggregate. When mixed with water, the material forms a fluid composition with good adhesion to concrete and metal.
Field of application:
- For structural repair of horizontal concrete and reinforced concrete structures.
- Repair of horizontal surfaces and coatings of hydraulic structures, tunnels, bridges, port structures, including those in operation
- Creation of wear-resistant waterproofing coatings.
- Repair of industrial floors and surfaces, restoration of industrial site surfaces.
- Repair of industrial floors and parking lots
- Repair of road surfaces, parking lots and sidewalks.
- Grouting for machine tools, fence elements, supports, restoration of thrust bearings and bases.
- Used for repairing cracks, potholes, and repairing concrete screeds.

Instructions for use:
The concrete surface must be thoroughly cleaned of weak parts, residues of any foreign materials, dirt, dust and other substances that may reduce the adhesion of the material.
Visible cracks and joints must be filled in a U-shaped shape in a section with a width and depth of at least 20x20 mm.
To improve the adhesion of the Teknogrout 350 material to the existing surface and/or reinforcement, it is recommended to use the Tekno AD adhesive mixture.
Preparation of the working solution:
Pour 3-4 liters of clean water into a clean container, gradually, while stirring constantly, add the contents of a 25-kilogram bag of Teknogrout 350 dry mix.
Mix with a low-speed 400-600 rpm mixer for 3 minutes until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Wait 2 minutes and mix again for 30 seconds. After starting to knead, water cannot be added to the solution.
Application Notes / Limitations:
The material is not allowed to be used on frozen bases, on bases with standing water, or with the presence of condensation water.
Hand mixing is not recommended to prevent the introduction of excessive water.
The use of gravity-type mixers for the preparation of the composition is not recommended.
Do not use the material on smooth surfaces.
It is not recommended to use the material outside the recommended temperature range without special measures.
The material is flowable, used only for horizontal surfaces. If necessary, use on vertical elements - use formwork or apply the appropriate repair compounds Teknorep 300 or Teknorep 300EX.
It is not allowed to add additional water to the working mixture if the material has already started to set. If the initial ease of use is lost, it is recommended to periodically mix the composition.

Cleaning of tools is carried out immediately after completion of work. Hardened material is removed only mechanically. It belongs to non-combustible materials. It is a highly alkaline product. During work, it is necessary to use overalls, gloves, respirators and safety glasses. In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with water.
