Polymer cement waterproofing with penetrating action Teknomer 200 Kristalize (27 kg)

Teknomer 200 Kristalize  is a two-component polymer-cement waterproofing with penetrating action based on cement, a liquid component based on an emulsion polymer and special additives. The treated surface is resistant to negative and positive water pressure, protected against leakage, and penetration of surface and groundwater.

Instructions for use

• The surface for applying the material must be clean of oils, rust, dirt and other substances.
• If there are cracks or chips on the surface, they should be repaired using appropriate Teknorep repair materials.
• If there are active water leaks, they must be eliminated using Teknoplug material.
• Make sure the surface has the necessary surface slope for effective water drainage.
• Before applying the material, the surface must be moistened.
• Pour the liquid component into a clean container, add 5-6 liters of water and, gradually adding the dry mixture, mix with a mixer at low speed (500 rpm) for 5 minutes.
• Let the solution stand for a few minutes and continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
• Apply the finished solution to the surface using a roller or brush in 2 or 3 layers.
• Apply each subsequent layer perpendicular to the previous one.
• The time between applying layers is at least 3 hours.
• A total thickness of 3 mm of applied material will be sufficient.
• Corners and joints must be sealed with Teknomer Pah Band 120/70 waterproofing tape and corners.
• After applying the material, the surface must be protected from direct sunlight, frost, and wind throughout the day.
• The waterproofing mixture becomes one with the concrete.
