- For use on horizontal, vertical, and ceiling surfaces
- For residential buildings, shopping centers, and hospitals
Decorative plaster properties:
- Easy to apply
- Highly resistant to all climatic conditions
- Moisture-resistant
- Prevents excess moisture accumulation
- Repairs surface defects
- Durable
- Non-flammable
- Vapor-permeable
- Can be painted over the plaster for outdoor use
Instructions:
- Before applying the material, clean the surface of any oil, rust, detergents, dirt, or other substances that may prevent adhesion. If there are any cracks or cavities on the surface, they must be repaired with Teknorep cementitious mixtures.
- Before laying, the surface should be slightly dampened.
- Pour 6.0-7.0 liters of clean, cold water into a clean container. Slowly pour the dry Teknodeko mixture (25 kg) into the container with water and, using a low-speed mixer, mix the mixture for at least 10 minutes until smooth. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then mix again.
- Equal amounts of water should be used for each new batch of mixture. Otherwise, the color may vary.
- The finished mixture should be used within 2 hours, depending on weather conditions.
- Apply the mixture evenly to the surface with a steel trowel, scraping off excess material to achieve the desired layer thickness. Then, create a pattern within 5-10 minutes.
- Apply the pattern using a plastic or polyurethane trowel in a circular motion. Apply the material continuously until it reaches the butt ends or corners of the surface.
Notes:
- Do not add hardened material to water.
- Apply two coats to increase resistance to external influences and contamination, and to prevent the coating from having different shades.
- Plaster consumption depends on the pattern.
- Work should be carried out at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. When plastering at lower (below +5°C) or higher (above +35°C) temperatures, cover the surface with thermal insulation material.
- The product may cause irritation if it comes into contact with the skin. Wear protective clothing, gloves, a mask, and goggles. You can also apply a barrier cream to your hands before starting work. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with warm water and consult a doctor.
- After applying the mixture, protect the surface from adverse weather conditions, such as direct sunlight, strong winds, high temperatures (over +35°C), rain, and frost. Paint can be applied to the surface, but not earlier than 7 days after plastering. When applying dark colors, a paint primer must be used.
- All tools and equipment must be washed with warm water immediately after use.
