Teknowrap Karbon Mesh 200 is a specially designed material for reinforcing brick and stone walls and floors. Due to its high alkali resistance, the material is resistant to chemicals and is easily used in cement systems.

• Provides significantly greater strength compared to classical strengthening methods with minimal increase in structural thickness.

Application instructions

1. Remove plaster and paint, clean the surface.

2. Depending on the condition of the surface, apply one of the repair solutions:

   • Teknorep 520 – based on hydraulic lime with pozzolanic additives 

   • Teknorep 300 – cement mortar for repairing reinforced concrete structures

3. Secure the mesh to the surface until the repair mortar dries.

4. After 24 hours, drill holes (4 mm) for the anchors.

5. Install anchor rods using epoxy anchor material.

6. Finish by applying a final layer of repair mortar (5-15 mm) to cover the anchor rods.
