Teknomer 600 1K UV is a professional one-component polyurethane waterproofing specially designed for open surfaces that are constantly exposed to solar radiation, precipitation and temperature changes.
The material is supplied ready to use and after contact with air moisture forms a seamless, elastic and completely waterproof membrane. The coating has high adhesion to most building substrates, bridges cracks, is not afraid of standing water and protects concrete structures from destruction for a long time.
The main feature of Teknomer 600 1K UV is its increased resistance to ultraviolet radiation , making the material ideal for open roofs, terraces, balconies and other structures that are operated without additional protective coating.

Application method
1. Surface preparation
The base must be dry, strong, clean, free of dust, oil, laitance, and weak areas.
Cracks, chips and defects must be repaired beforehand with Teknorep repair mixtures.
2. Priming
For concrete surfaces, it is recommended to use Teknobond 300 epoxy primer.
After the primer dries, the material is applied within 4–24 hours.
3. Application
Mix the material thoroughly before use.
Applied:

with a brush;

airless sprayer.
It is recommended to apply in two layers. The second layer is applied perpendicular to the first after it has dried. If necessary, fiberglass reinforcement is used between the layers.
Cost
1.20–1.50 kg/m² (depending on the type and absorption of the surface).
Recommendations

Do not apply during rain.

Do not dilute with water or solvents.

Do not apply at temperatures below +5°C.

Protect the fresh coating from precipitation until it has completely hardened.
