Teknobond 970 two-component MMA cold-applied road marking paint (White), 25 kg

Teknobond 970 is a professional two-component paint based on methyl methacrylate (MMA) for applying road markings by cold application. The material provides high mechanical strength, resistance to intensive traffic loads, ultraviolet radiation, atmospheric influences and aggressive environments.

The coating is applied in a layer of 2–3 mm, hardens quickly and allows opening to traffic a short time after the work is completed. Due to its excellent adhesion to asphalt, concrete, polymer coatings and surfaces with concrete hardeners, the paint is widely used for professional road marking.

Recommendations for use

The substrate must be dry, sound, clean and free from dust, oil and loose particles. New concrete surfaces must be cured for at least 28 days.

Before application, the material is mixed with the hardener for 3 minutes at low speed. After mixing, the material must be used within 25 minutes.

If necessary, reflective glass beads can be applied over fresh paint to improve the visibility of road markings in the dark.
