Teknobond 401 V is a professional two-component chemical anchor based on vinyl ester (epoxyacrylate) resin without styrene, designed for reliable anchoring of threaded studs, reinforcement, metal structures and other fasteners in concrete, brick, stone and other mineral substrates.
The material is characterized by high adhesion, rapid strength gain and thixotropic consistency, which allows installation on vertical and ceiling surfaces without dripping. Due to the absence of styrene, the chemical anchor has practically no pungent odor and is safer to use indoors.
Advantages of Teknobond 401 V
-
styrene-free formula without a pungent odor;
-
high adhesion to concrete, brick and natural stone;
-
rapid gain of mechanical strength;
-
suitable for dry, wet and water-filled holes;
-
thixotropic consistency - does not flow during vertical installation;
-
high chemical resistance;
-
effective anti-corrosion protection of reinforcement;
-
suitable for interior and exterior work;
-
easy application using a standard mounting gun;
-
high durability and reliability of fastening.
Scope of application
Teknobond 401 V is used for:
-
anchoring of reinforcement;
-
installation of threaded studs;
-
installation of anchor bolts;
-
fastening of metal structures;
-
installation of columns, beams and consoles;
-
installation of facade structures;
-
installation of railings and fences;
-
fastening of cable trays;
-
installation of pipelines;
-
installation of engineering communications;
-
reconstruction and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures;
-
installation of equipment and industrial structures.
Basis for application
The material is intended for use on the following bases:
-
cracked concrete;
-
non-cracked concrete;
-
ferroconcrete;
-
full-bodied brick;
-
hollow brick;
-
natural stone;
-
other dense mineral building materials.
Compatible anchor elements
Teknobond 401 V is used together with:
-
threaded studs;
-
reinforcing bars;
-
anchor bolts;
-
galvanized anchors;
-
stainless steel anchors;
-
metal profiles;
-
threaded rods M8–M30.
Instructions for use
-
Drill a hole of the required diameter and depth.
-
Clean the hole thoroughly of dust using a wire brush and compressed air.
-
Install the cartridge into the assembly gun.
-
Screw on the static mixer.
-
Before starting work, squeeze out a small amount of material until the mixture is uniform in color.
-
Fill the hole approximately 2/3 of its volume.
-
Insert the pin or fitting using a twisting motion.
-
Do not load the anchor until the material has completely hardened.
