Teknobond 250 is a professional one-component adhesive based on water-based acrylic dispersion, designed for reliable bonding of PVC coatings, linoleum, textile and rubber flooring materials. Due to its high initial and final adhesion, it provides long-lasting adhesion of the coating to concrete, cement and other absorbent substrates.
The material is ready to use, does not contain organic solvents, has a long open time, is easy to apply with a notched trowel and is suitable for underfloor heating systems. After drying, it forms a strong elastic bond, resistant to mechanical stress and daily use.
Scope of application
Teknobond 250 is used for bonding:
-
commercial and household PVC coating;
-
rolled PVC;
-
homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC coatings;

Recommendations for use
The substrate must be dry, strong, even and free of dust, oils, paint, cement laitance and other contaminants that may reduce adhesion.
The adhesive is applied with a notched trowel in an even layer. After 15–20 minutes, when the material has acquired the necessary stickiness, the floor covering is laid and carefully rolled with a pressure roller to remove air and ensure maximum adhesion.
Pedestrian traffic is allowed after approximately 24 hours, and full strength of the coating is achieved after 3–4 days.
After completing the work, the tool is cleaned with water until the glue dries.
Main advantages of using
Teknobond 250 provides reliable and durable bonding of PVC coatings even in rooms with high intensity of use. Thanks to its high adhesion, long working time, ease of application and absence of solvents, the material is the optimal solution for professional installation of floor coverings in residential, commercial, medical and industrial facilities.
