Fast-hardening adhesive for ceramics and granite - Teknofay Rapid C1FT (gray)

Teknofay Rapid C1FT is a fast-hardening, zero-slip adhesive for ceramic tiles and mosaics, porcelain tiles, and large-format natural stone.

Instructions for use

Before bonding, the surface must be cleaned of materials that could impede adhesion, such as weak parts, dust, oils, and detergents. Damaged surfaces must be repaired using appropriate Teknorep repair mortars.

To prepare the solution, pour 6-6.5 liters (per 25 kg of material) of clean water into a clean container. Slowly add the dry mixture and mix the solution with a mixer at low speed for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. Let the solution sit for 5 minutes, then mix again for 2 minutes until smooth.

Application Notes / Limitations

This material may cause irritation if it comes into contact with skin. Wear protective clothing, gloves, masks, and goggles when handling the material. Lay tiles with adhesive within 10 minutes of applying it.
Tiles can be adjusted within 15 minutes of laying.
If the material comes into contact with your eyes, rinse them immediately with warm water and consult a doctor.
Grouts between tiles must be filled with Teknoderz grout no earlier than 3-4 hours after laying the tiles.
Work should be performed at an ambient temperature of +5°C to +35°C and a relative humidity of no more than 80%.
