HYDROFLEX 40 FC is a one-component, high-modulus polyurethane sealant that hardens under the influence of atmospheric humidity. It has excellent adhesion to concrete, metal, ceramics, wood, etc.

- Sealing against water, air, gas, and dust.
STANDARDS:
Meets or exceeds the requirements of the following standards:
LEED EQc4.1 "Low Emitting Products" specification requirements of SCAQMD rule 1168.
French VOC requirements for Class A+
CE marking for façade elements.
LIMITATIONS:
It cannot be used in completely sealed areas where the sealant cannot cure due to the absence of atmospheric moisture.
Do not use where prolonged immersion in water is possible.
Do not apply to frozen or damp surfaces or through standing water. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause color change.
Avoid application at temperatures below 5°C and above 40°C.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE:
12 months when stored in the original packaging, away from direct sunlight and moisture, at temperatures between +10°C and +25°C.
