The CG 50 protective bumper is a corner bumper designed to protect walls and corners of premises from impacts and wear when colliding with various objects. Such elements are installed in buildings with intensive human traffic - hospitals, shopping malls, hotels, student dormitories, etc.

The bumper consists of a durable aluminum profile and a wear-resistant vinyl coating. It has a length of 3 meters and a width of 50 mm , which allows you to choose the optimal solution for any interior.

Assembling:

• Determine the height point of the protective element for the corner.
• By default, ARFEN supplies 3-meter vinyl and aluminum elements, so it is enough to cut both the frame and vinyl once, and we get two finished elements of 1.5 m each to protect two corners. Usually, corner protection is not required above 1.5 m. Note: cut strictly at 90 degrees.
• Cut the aluminum profile to size.
• When installing on drywall walls and brick, drill holes first in the aluminum and then through the profile in the wall.
• Either mount the frame above the skirting board, taking into account the thickness of the bottom plug, or mount the protective frame from the floor itself, tearing the skirting board at the corner. In the latter case, the bottom plug is not required; Drywall: 4x50 mm self-tapping screw, mount in the drywall profile. Concrete wall: 4x50 mm self-tapping screw and 6 mm dowel. Brick: 4x50 mm self-tapping screw and 6 mm dowel. Install the plugs.
• Measure and cut the vinyl overlay to fit snugly against the bottom cap. Note: Without the bottom cap, the aluminum must fit snugly against the floor to prevent the vinyl overlay from Prondard.
• Install vinyl on aluminum frame. Important: Store materials in a clean and dry place at temperatures between 10 °C - 40 °C.
