Chemical polyester anchor Teknobond 401 P (410ml)

Teknobond 400 P, 401 P is a two-component, thixotropic, quick-drying chemical anchor based on polyester resin.

Instructions:

• Before applying the material, clean the surface from any type of oil, rust, detergents, dirt and other substances that prevent adhesion by using compressed air.
• Concrete substrates must be clean, sound and have sufficient adhesion.
• Using a hammer drill, drill a hole of the required diameter and depth. The diameter and depth of the hole should correspond to the size of the anchor element used. Clean the hole with a round wire brush and compressed air from dust and dirt. Then squeeze the trigger and hold until the two separate components of the cartridge come out of the tip of the static mixer together. Slowly pull the cartridge out, filling the hole. Make sure that there are no air gaps inside.
• In deep holes, an extension can be used. When inserting the anchor, it is necessary to twist it. Then, the anchor element should be placed in the hole. During curing, the anchor element must not be moved or loaded.
• To open the cap, turn it. Then install the tip of the static mixer. Place the cartridge in the gun and start applying.
• When stopping the application process, the static mixer tip can be left on the cartridge after the pressure has been released.
• If the resin has hardened in the static mixer, a new insert must be installed before starting work.

Notes:

• Use anchor plugs to secure anchor material to hollow materials (bricks or blocks).
• When storing an open cartridge, remove the static mixer, wipe the cartridge neck with a clean, dry cloth and close the lid.
• Contains styrene.
• Combustible.
• Harmful if inhaled.
• The product may cause irritation if it comes into contact with skin and eyes. It is necessary to use work clothes, protective gloves, a mask and glasses. In case of contact with eyes, rinse eyes immediately with warm water and consult a doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children
• Use in well ventilated areas.
• The tools and equipment used must be cleaned immediately after use.
