Rebar Concrete Cover Spacer “Star”
The “Star” rebar concrete cover spacer is a plastic spacer designed for reliable rebar fixing during the reinforcement of vertical monolithic structures. The “Star” spacer is used during the construction and concreting of walls, columns, posts, as well as for assembling various reinforcement cages.
The “Star” rebar spacer provides a 25 mm concrete cover and is suitable for rebar with diameters from 6 to 14 mm. The product is made of plastic and features a strong elastic locking mechanism that ensures reliable fixation of rebar rods with different diameters.
The plastic concrete cover spacer is designed for vertical rebar installation and is used when reinforcing monolithic walls, columns, and posts. The “Star” spacer can also be used in corner horizontal reinforcement cages and for other concrete and reinforced concrete structures where proper rebar fixation is required.
The spacer design allows for quick installation onto the rebar and keeps the reinforcement cage in the required position during concreting. Using spacers helps ensure the correct positioning of the reinforcement and the formation of the required concrete cover.
The “Star” rebar spacer is supplied in packs of 1000 pcs. Recommended consumption is 4 to 6 pcs./m².
