Expansion joint profile with replaceable insert AR 152-030:
- Joint width: 30 mm
- Installation in overlay - on top of the floor covering
- Compensation of displacements up to 20 mm
- Replaceable insert made of TPE
- Height: 3 mm
- Suitable for all types of floor covering
- Angle version available, with index K
- Insert in flat version, compensation of smaller deformations, but increased hygiene of the profile
Profile length: 3 m, insert - 25 meters per coil
Joint width: 30 mm
Overlay and built-in profiles for expansion joints with a width of 30 mm are an effective solution for compensating for deformation movements in buildings. They consist of aluminum profiles and a rubber compensation insert made of TPE, which is fastened to the profile. These profiles can be used in floor, wall and ceiling joints, as well as for floor-wall, wall-wall, wall-flow joints.
They are designed to compensate for deformation movements of elements up to +/-10 mm and work in three planes, which allows you to compensate for both temperature fluctuations and building settlement. Most models are suitable for pedestrian loads, but there are some types that can withstand transport loads of up to 5 tons.
These profiles can be installed on floors covered with polymer concrete, tiles, floors with a reinforced top layer or polyurethane water lilies. They are installed flush with the floor or wall surface and are recommended for use in rooms with industrial loads.
Characteristics:
- Height: 12 mm
- Length: 3 m
- Width of visible part: 125 mm
- Pedestrian load
- Compensation of deformation: +/- 20 mm
- Compensation material: special black rubber.
