HYDROFLEX polymer cord based on acrylic.
HYDROFLEX 5/20 cord is acrylic based and swells upon contact with water.
Application
- Swimming pool.
- Water tanks
- Sewage treatment plants
- Structural seams are finished
- Wall joints with the building foundation
- Sealing of communication passages through foundation walls
- On PVC inlet and outlet pipes as a water-repellent flange,
- Used to seal areas exposed to seawater.

Surface preparation
The surface must be clean and dry. Do not install on wet, icy or dirty surfaces. Do not install in the rain.
Assembling
Unwind the required amount of cord. Apply glue in the middle of the seam and secure the cord to the surface. The cord must be joined butt-to-butt, without tilting. Do not use expansion joints.

Shelf life: 12 months in original packaging.
Dry room from +5°C to +35°C. Protect from direct sunlight.
Limitation
- After installation, the surface must be protected from moisture until pouring concrete.
- Do not use for expansion joints
- Do not install at high water levels.
