Protective bumper made of impact-resistant vinyl for walls and corners, handrail DC 140 is a decorative wall protection system with a width of 140 mm and a depth of 75 mm, which is attached to the wall using a solid aluminum clamp. This system is equipped with both external and internal transition elements, which allows the bumper to be mounted around the perimeter of the room with a single strip. Due to its design and wide protective zone, it is an ideal system for hospitals, shopping centers, public buildings, schools and places with heavy traffic. The end parts have a decorative coating in the same color as the handrail. The profile length is 4 meters.

Handrail installation:
- Before installation, it is necessary to measure the required length of the aluminum supporting profile, then cut off the required length.
- Mark and drill holes for installation in the aluminum supporting profile, with a diameter of 6-6.5 mm. The guardrails are attached with the following types of dowels, which are not included in the delivery set:
• brick base, dowel 10x60 (80), self-tapping screws 6x160
• concrete base, dowel 10x60, self-tapping screws 6x160
• plasterboard base, Molly dowel, 6x140 bolts.
- The next step is to drill holes in the wall using a punch (at the rate of 2 brackets per 1 m2, but no more than 600 mm between brackets). For marking, use an aluminum support with already prepared mounting holes as a template.
- Complete the installation of the supporting aluminum profile by alternately placing the brackets opposite the holes and securing them without tightening them with self-tapping screws or bolts to the corresponding dowel.
- Cut the required length of the internal shock absorber and fix it in a special groove located in the aluminum supporting profile.
- The final fixation of the aluminum supporting profile with self-tapping screws (bolts) is carried out after installing all transitional and finishing elements (plugs, corners).
- Installation of all transition and finishing elements (plugs, corners) to the aluminum supporting profile is carried out using self-drilling screws 3.9x16 DIN 7504 N.
- After performing all of the above steps, it is necessary to finally fix the aluminum profile with self-tapping screws (bolts) to the base of the wall, having previously placed it in the installation position.
- Cut to size and install decorative vinyl overlays.
- For straight sections longer than 4 m/s, the installation of the aluminum supporting profile and vinyl decorative lining must be done butt-to-butt and with a minimum gap of 100 mm.
