Corner bumper CG 76 is a system of bumpers for corners, protecting them from impacts and wear in rooms with a large flow of people passing by. Such protective elements are installed in shops, hospitals, hotels, hostels, administrative buildings. They have an aluminum profile that is mounted on the wall and a wear-resistant decorative vinyl coating, which is 76 mm wide and 3 m long.

Assembling:

• Determine the height of the protective element for the corner.
• By default, ARFEN supplies 3-meter vinyl and aluminum elements, so it is enough to cut both the frame and vinyl once, and we get two finished elements of 1.5 m each to protect two corners. Usually, corner protection is not required above 1.5 m. Note: cut strictly at 90 degrees.
• Cut the aluminum profile to size.
• When installing on drywall walls and brick, drill holes first in the aluminum and then through the profile in the wall.
• Either mount the frame above the skirting board, taking into account the thickness of the bottom plug, or mount the protective frame from the floor itself, tearing the skirting board at the corner. In the latter case, the bottom plug is not necessary; Drywall: 4x50 mm self-tapping screw, mount in the drywall profile. Concrete wall: 4x50 mm self-tapping screw and 6 dowels. Brick: 4x50 mm self-tapping screw and 6 mm dowels. Install the plugs.
• Measure and cut the vinyl overlay to fit snugly against the bottom cap. Note: Without the bottom cap, the aluminum must fit snugly against the floor to prevent the vinyl overlay from Prondard.
•  Install vinyl on aluminum frame. Important: Store materials in a clean and dry place at temperatures between 10 °C - 40 °C.
