The handrail bumper is specially designed for emergency medical reception areas with high traffic of wheelchairs and people. Due to one rubber insert and durable vinyl, this model is an excellent protection for walls and corners. The handrail is equipped with both external transition elements and internal ones, which allows you to mount the bumper around the perimeter of the room with one single strip and this is an excellent design and functional solution.

Assembling:

1. Before installation, it is necessary to measure the required length of the aluminum supporting profile, then cut off the required length.
2. Mark and drill holes for installation in the aluminum carrier profile, with a diameter of 6-6.5 mm. The railing-bumpers are fastened with the following types of dowels, which are not included in the delivery set:
   • brick base dowel 10x60 (80), self-tapping screws 6x160;
   • concrete base dowel 10x60, self-tapping screws 6x160;
   • plasterboard base dowel Molly, bolts 6x140.
3. In the next step, you need to drill holes in the wall using a puncher (at the rate of 2 brackets per 1 m/p, but no more than 600 mm between brackets). For marking, use an aluminum supporting profile with already prepared holes for installation, as a template.
4. Install the supporting aluminum profile, alternately placing the brackets opposite the holes and securing them without tightening with self-tapping screws or bolts to the appropriate dowel.
5. The final fixation of the aluminum supporting profile with self-tapping screws (bolts) is carried out after installing all transitional and finishing elements (caps, corners).
6. Installation of all transition and finishing elements (plugs, corners) to the aluminum supporting profile is carried out using self-drilling screws 3.9x16 DIN 7504 N.
7. After performing all of the above steps, it is necessary to finally fix the aluminum profile with self-tapping screws (bolts) to the base of the wall, having previously placed it in the installation position.
8. Cut to size and install decorative vinyl overlays.
9. If the length of straight sections is more than 4 m/s, the installation of the aluminum supporting profile and the vinyl decorative lining must be carried out butt-to-butt and with a run-up of at least 100 mm.
