Hydroflex thermoplastic tape with high elasticity is used for sealing expansion joints and cracks. The range includes perforated and non-perforated tape, widths of 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm, thicknesses of 1 mm and 1.5 mm.
Areas of application:
- Horizontal and vertical expansion joints.
- Underground structures, basements and semi-basements, pavements.
- Hydraulic structures are designed for wastewater treatment, tanks for drinking and domestic water, and swimming pools.
- Tunnels and ventilation holes.
- For waterproofing cold joints.
Main advantages:
- Easy to apply with epoxy glue.
- The uniqueness of the chemical composition ensures high elasticity (600%).
- High adhesion to dry and wet concrete.
- Does not suffer damage from plant roots.
- Resistance to aggressive effects of ozone, fuel oil and oil.
- Adaptation to use in a wide temperature range.
- Possibility of connecting two strips using thermal action.
Epoxy glue:
Hydroflex-21 is a solvent-free, two-component epoxy adhesive designed for fixing expansion joints.
Appointment:
- Fixes the deformation tape
- Fastening of reinforcement bars and bolts
- Mounting of guiding machines and lifting cranes to the base
Advantages:
- High adhesion ability
- Chemical resistance
- Absence of solvents in the composition
- Used for expansion joints in floors, walls, paving and terraces.
- Watertightness and gastightness
- Adaptation to wet surfaces
- Practical consistency for application
- Applied without primer
- The multi-colored components help you monitor whether the mixture is well mixed.
