Applications:
- For installing rebar and connecting rods in concrete, hollow and solid brick
- For anchor bolts and pins
- For installing pipes and plumbing fixtures in central heating, ventilation, etc.
- For fixing injection packers
- For bonding all types of building materials
Chemical anchor properties:
- Fast-curing
- Easy to use
- Paste-like
- Does not slip from all surfaces
- Prevents rebar corrosion
- Highly resistant to chemicals
TEKNO professional chemical anchor gun :
Instructions:
- Before applying the material, clean the surface of any oil, rust, detergents, dirt, or other substances that could prevent setting using compressed air.
- Concrete substrates must be clean, sound, and have adequate adhesion.
- Using a hammer drill, drill a hole of the required diameter and depth. The diameter and depth of the hole must correspond to the size of the anchor element being used. Clean the hole with a round wire brush and compressed air to remove dust and dirt. Then, squeeze the trigger and hold it until the two individual cartridge components emerge together from the tip of the static mixer. Then, slowly pull the cartridge out, filling the hole, ensuring there are no air gaps.
- An extension can be used for deep holes. Twist the anchor as you insert it. Next, place the anchor element in the hole. Do not move or apply any load to the anchor element during curing. To open the lid, twist it. Then install the static mixer tip. Place the cartridge in the gun and begin application.
- When stopping the application process, the static mixer tip can be left on the cartridge after releasing the pressure.
- If the resin in the static mixer has hardened, install a new insert before starting work.
Notes:
- Use anchor plugs to secure the anchor material to hollow materials (bricks or blocks).
- When storing an open cartridge, remove the static mixer, wipe the cartridge neck with a clean, dry cloth, and close the lid.
- Contains styrene.
- Flammable.
- Harmful if inhaled.
- This product may cause irritation if it comes into contact with skin or eyes. Wear protective clothing, gloves, a mask, and goggles. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with warm water and seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children.
- Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Tools and equipment must be cleaned immediately after use.
