Teknomer 305 is an elastic waterproofing based on elastomeric acrylic resin for waterproofing terraces, balconies, swimming pools and reservoirs.

Application area:

Instructions for use:

The surface must be smooth, free of dust, dirt, oils and other substances. If there are cracks or potholes on the surface, they must be repaired using the appropriate Teknorep repair compounds. After repairing the surface, the mastic should be applied no earlier than 72 hours later. Stir before use. To use Teknomer 300EX as a primer, dilute the material with water in a 1:1 ratio. Apply the material with a brush, roller or spray, each subsequent layer must be applied perpendicular to the previous one.

To achieve absolute protection from moisture, it is recommended to seal all joints and corners with waterproofing tape.

Notes on use/Limitations:

Observe safety and labor protection precautions when performing work. Use protective gloves, clothing, glasses. In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
